Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise, we gladly accept returns within 14 days after receiving order. If 14 days have passed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the returned items. All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition.

If the merchandise is defective, please contact us immediately at and we will be sure to help you and make things right.

We do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or flawed.

Exchanges are treated as returns. We ask that you mail the item back and we will notify you of a refund via email. At that time, you are welcome to place a new order.
